Then on Dec three, 2020 himself & his pal have been throwing issues up at my balcony & cameras. He himself was caught on video selecting something up out of the parking lot & throwing it up at my cameras. Everyday this man will stand outdoors whereas walking his dog & yell obsenities up at my window calling me names as nicely as saying other things. This situation has made me physically sick to the point I can’t sleep, if I attempt to eat I can’t maintain it in me. I report it to the police they don’t even present up any more they tell me this is a civil matter & needs to be handled by house administration. So I even have been at my rental for three years now, first two years were good, no complaints. Until last yr when our downstairs transfer in final 12 months.
