This course introduces the sphere of climate justice and seeks to identify legal and policy tools for advancing fair outcomes in climate change decision-making. Climate justice is anxious with the intersection of race and/or indigeneity, poverty, and climate change. This course will study local weather impacts globally and establish the strengths and weaknesses of international and home legal and coverage frameworks relating to essentially the most weak.
