Kristy is currently a member of Baird’s Global Technology and Services Investment Banking Team where she focuses on Governance, Risk & Compliance. Kristy has a broad range of experience advising premier tech-enabled companies corporations and providing execution leadership on M&A, equity choices and other financial advisory companies for publicly-traded, financial sponsor-owned and family-owned companies. Kristy obtained her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her B.S. Over the last 20 years he has suggested international corporations and personal fairness shoppers on M&A and financing transactions valued at more than $50 billion across various sectors and geographies. Prior to joining Baird, Thomas was European Head of Industrials at Jefferies and a Managing Director within the Global Industrial Group at UBS. Before that he was a Principal at Greenhill & Co, helping to establish their M&A advisory enterprise in Germany.
